I was just out at this private 35 acres bordered by BLM land on Pit River and…Wow! We walked maybe a couple hundred yards from the cute little 1800′s cabin to the canyon rim and the views were incredible. Because the BLM land can’t be accessed by public road it has remained very private.

The feeling of privacy is such that you would never know that just over the horizon are many nice homes, the Fall River Golf Course and town.
